In a world that changes at the speed of light, it is mind boggling to wake up every morning wondering if you are “Top” of the technology game.
“Is there something newer and better out there?”
“Oh no, I’m not synching!”
“I just wanna push a button and it all be there!”
“UGH…I just invested in this program and now, I thing the other program is better!”
And on, and on, and on…Now don’t pretend you haven’t at some point been down this road. I can tell you I’m on this road everyday of my life. But tomorrow, I have been put in charge of taking an article out of our NAR (National Association of Realtors) magazine and teach a class to all Realtors on it. It’s an article which describes a way for Realtors to be on “Top” of their game. With an industry that is changing daily with new laws on the Transaction of selling or purchasing a Home, it is also changing in how we conduct our business. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great path the industry is taking, BUT it is also very scary to the Realtors who are on “TOP” because generally your Agents who have been on “Top” have been in the Game for 10 years plus. As “simple” and silly as it seems, an application such as “Box” is confusing to them. LOL. YES…but I am confident once learned, it will be amazing to them there is that possibility!
